Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 red, orange and green bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow onion, halved and sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Place chicken, garlic, onion and spices in skillet over med/high heat and cook until done
  • remove and place peppers in skillet and cook until almost done, add chicken
  • Cover and cook on HIGH heat 10 min on low heat 
  • serve with your favorite chip, tortilla or rice!
