Ingredients

  • 1/4 Small Onion Diced very small 
  • 1/3 Cup quick oats 
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard (powder or prepared)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 LB of ground turkey
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the wells of a muffin tin

  2. Place the onion, oats, turkey and spices in mixer fitted with paddle attachment

  3. Mix several times, add eggs and mix until combined

  4. Use Icecream scoop to fill muffin tins

  5. Bake the meatloaf muffins in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown on top and cooked through, 165 deggrees!
